Aerated concrete mixer - СПБУ (BACU)-1000М
It is used for the preparation of the aerated concrete mixture as in stationary conditions of a workshop, so as on construction sites. Having the mass of 500 kilos it is transported easily. This device is reliable and simple in operation. Overhead drive of the mixer reduces the burden on shaft seal that helps to prolong the service life of the equipment. It is also suitable as for the organization, which is going to start the production of the aerated concrete from the very beginning so as for the functioning Factories of Ferroconcrete Items because it is easily blends with the structure of the functioning concrete-mortar unit.

*The productivity of the mixer of 7 m3 per hour is achieved by the automatic batching of raw materials. At hand charging of the raw materials (cement, sand, water, frother) with the help of one person the productivity is 4,5 m3 per hour.
