It is used for the preparation of the aerated concrete mixture as in stationary conditions of a workshop, so as on construction sites. It is reliable and simple in operation. The suggested automated minifactories for the production of none-autoclave aerated concrete are simple and reliable in operation, entirely maintainable. The equipment used in minifactories passed production tests successfully. Minifactories allow to organize the production of none-autoclave aerated concrete of different density: from 250 kg/m3 up to 1000 kg/m3. Such minifactories differ favorably from the suggested ones on the equipment market for the simplicity of the assembling and starting. The checkout of the production technology takes minimum of time.
