The continuous preparation of the aerated concrete mixture with the help of the «pore-maker», «Helper-D», etc.

As a separate group there should be mentioned such exotic equipment for the production of the aerated concrete as recently appeared "pore-maker", "Helper-D", etc.

The essence of the technology of the preparation of the aerated concrete consists in the fact that the cement-sand mortar is prepared beforehand on the ordinary equipment for the production of the aerated concrete; but the foam in the foam generator is prepared separately, and then the foam is mixed with the cement-sand mortar in the "pore-maker". That means that such technology is an usual technology of the "wet" mineralization of the foam. The know-how of this equipment is that the mixing of the cement-sand mortar and the foam takes place not in the standard low-speed concrete mixer of the cyclical operation, but in the high-speed "pore-maker" of the continuous operation. Constructively the "pore-maker" is a metal drum (cylinder) 150-200mm in diameter, 400-800mm long, inside of which the working organ (its construction does not matter) is revolving with the high speed.

The peculiarities of the preparation of the aerated concrete with the help of the "pore-maker":

1. The continuous preparation of the aerated concrete mixture provides a great nameplate capacity of the aggregate: the declared capacity is up to 20m³ of aerated concrete mixture per hour. The only "snag" is that it is the availability of the equipment of the highly productive unit for the production of the cement-sand mortar that allows to provide such or even close figure of the capacity (The preparation of 10m³ of the cement-sand mortar is needed for the preparation of 20m³ of the aerated concrete. And correspondingly a high-powered mortar-pump for the supply of the cement-sand aerated concrete is also needed (often on the construction sites the mortar-pumps with the capacity of 2-4m³ of cement-sand mortar per hour are used)).

2. Buying the "pore-maker" you should take into account that without close ties with the nearest Factory of Ferroconcrete Items, and exactly with its unit for the production of the cement-sand mortar, you will have to buy and install such unit yourself because you will need cement-sand mortar of the special compounding for the production of the aerated concrete with the help of the "pore-maker", and none of a little bit large concrete-mortar unit will agree to prepare such mortar personally for you.

3. For the production according to this scheme you will need a lot of the additional equipment, which correspondingly increases capital costs. That means that those who plan to produce less than 100m³ of the aerated concrete per 24 hours do not such equipment because of the great capital investments.

4. The preparation of the aerated concrete with the help of the "pore-maker" is not a simple business, and to discuss all its peculiarities (i.e. the difficulties of the carrying out of monolithic works, difficult start of the production and difficulties in the correction of the compositions) on our site is impossible because of the limited information space.
